Nelson's Cinema

Cityscreen turned Trafalgar Square into a giant outdoor cinema for three days last month as part of the London Film Festival using their giant airscreen and twinned Sanyo XF-45 projectors supplied by QED.
The extra brightness of the doubled projectors enabled the screenings to start before nightfall and provided live back-up throughout. Playback was from Digibeta with the images front projected onto the 15m wide screen positioned at the base of Nelson's column.
